Most of my work comes from single householder applications or estate agents, developers or architects.

I carry out ecology and protected species surveys, mostly bat and great crested newt surveys, to accompany planning applications, covering Shropshire and bordering counties.

Also preliminary ecological assessment (PEA), ecological impact assessment (EcIA),  and

extended phase 1 habitat surveys.

Bat surveys are done  in accordance with 'Bat surveys for professional ecologists: Good Practice Guidelines (3rd Edn)' (Collins 2016)

Reports are written in accordance with CIEEM guidelines.
